Section 43
Penalty for misbehavior by persons engaged in carrying or delivering postage bags or postal items
: If a person engaged in carrying or delivering stamps, bags or postal items commits the following offense while making a payment through the post office, he shall be fined up to one thousand rupees:-
(a) Intoxicated while employed, or
(b) engages in misbehavior or other misbehavior so as to endanger the security of stamps, bags or postal articles, or
(c) being late in carrying or delivering postage, bags or postal articles, or moving about in such a manner as to be late, or
(d) If the person does not take reasonable care and effort to secure and deliver the stamp, bag or postal item.

(c) being late in carrying or delivering postage, bags or postal articles, or moving about in such a manner as to be late, or
